SHIPPING POLICY
As an independent brand, we're committed to packaging and shipping your product with care and timeliness in mind.
WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO. We don’t ship internationally yet.
ORDER PROCESSING
Processing time: 24-48 hours.
Orders placed after 12pm ET start processing the next business day.
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
SHIPPING OPTIONS AND RATES
Standard: 2-5 business days
Note: Weather, carrier delays, and peak holiday volumes can affect transit times.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders ship after the item has been constructed. Please refer to the pre-order item's product page to be advised on wait times for pre-orders.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
We process orders quickly, but if you need to change or cancel your order, email info@stepanlatypov.com immediately. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate.
ADDRESS ISSUES
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we’ll contact you to reship (additional postage may apply).
SPLIT SHIPMENTS AND PREORDERS
Items may ship separately at no extra cost. Preorder items will include an estimated ship window at checkout and in your confirmation email.
LOST, MISSING, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Damaged in transit: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
Marked “delivered” but not received:
- Check with neighbors/building staff and look around the delivery area.
- Wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early).
- Email us—once per order, we can usually offer a one-time courtesy replacement or store credit.
Confirmed by carrier lost in transit: We’ll file a claim with the carrier and replace or refund you once confirmed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES (US ONLY)
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right. Below are our guidelines for returns and exchanges.
RETURN WINDOW
30 days from delivery for a refund to the original payment method.
Holiday purchases (Nov 1–Dec 31) returnable through Jan 31.
CONDITION
Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with original tags/packaging.
Please try on garments over clean undergarments. Any item with visible wear, odors, or alterations may be declined.
MADE TO ORDER ITEMS (NOT RETURNABLE)
Items listed as Made to Order are not returnable. Made to Order items are created to the specific measurements of our customers, and as such cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy helps protect the integrity of our process, prevents material waste, and ensures that each customer receives unworn garments individually tailored to their proportions.
FEES
One free return label per order.
Additional returns from the same order: $7 is deducted from the refund to cover the extra label. If returning multiple items from the same order, include them with the original return package to avoid this fee.
Exchanges are always free.
HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
- Email info@stepanlatypov.com with your order number.
- Indicate whether you would like a Refund or Exchange.
- Print your prepaid label and drop the package off within 7 days.
REFUND TIMING
Refunds are issued 2–3 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Your bank may take 3–10 business days to post the credit.
Store credit is issued immediately once your return is approved.
EXCHANGES
Want a different size or color? Indicate that you would like an Exchange when you start your return. We’ll ship your replacement as soon as your original item is scanned in by the carrier.
DEFECTS
If you discover a defect within 30 days of delivery, contact us with photos. We’ll replace or refund at our discretion.
